App really unstable

The app keeps crashing for no reason and it's getting really annoying
I had to redo the same entire district 3 times now and having to save every 2 minutes just to be safe is really annoying

Have you send a bug report? Which map size, Android version, device? Have you done anything special before it crashed?

Yes, the app shouldn't crash, but mistakes are human and therefore it would be useful to give us a hint where we have to look for the issue.

Indeed mistakes are human and thus, I try to help as best I can
No option to send a bug report I use a Huawei P8 lite, giant map, 2GB Ram and android version 6.0 Emui version 4.0

I'm not gonna play the game until it's fixed...

Is this correct? You have Android 6 and are emulating Android 4.

As far as I know EMUI is just the launcher from Huawei (like Samsung has TouchWiz and so on).

So did you have a giant map open before it crashed? You know why we hide this map size from normal players and don't use it in the region. If it's a problem with not enough memory that might explain why Google doesn't ask you for a report.

Yes I was in a giant map but I don't think it's a memory problem since it only started hapenning today and today is not the first day I play giant maps

But we also didn't release a new version since some days neither. Maybe another software update or background tasks? If you opened a giant map before it won't be removed from RAM immediately after you closed it, so it might cause other issues.

Well actually I updated my software 3 days ago idk if that could be the problem
Whenevr I play TT I close every other task so that I only have TT running because this game eats RAM let's be honest XD

either i don't have enough RAM or an update made this bug and i think its the second option because i didn't change my phone and it happens with every map now !
Please fix this i litterally cannot do anything anymore because it just crashes and i dont even have time to save

That won't be easy

1. Install and start Android Studio on your PC
2. Enable debug mode on your device
3. Connect your device with your PC
4. Open logcat tab in Android Studio
5. Watch that the log outputs when the game crashes

In order to output anything you might need a debug compilation of TheoTown. I'll give you one in that case.
