Click on the " breakwater_mdk_813.zip" on the first post and it should download the .zip file automatically.
I'm assuming that you are not familiar with installing plugins manually, so I'll link a video on how to install plugins (Android).

The line tool version seems to not be available anymore. I clicked on the link and it says that this topic does not exist. Is there any chance for you to post again the link for the updated version or maybe, place the plugin or zip file here instead of a link?
