Building a new city after a failed one (I think it was so failed and trash)

I really didnt wanna ruin the first city but it is ruined. So I have decided to build another one. But this will be big with towns around it and more countryside settlements.

Actually Im using Amsterdam building for this city. I also deleted the old photos with two towns as you can see. Because these new buildings that I find are a hidden treasure I think. Also to make this city more similar to Amsterdam, I also found a beatiful channel plugin. And I put skyscrapers but not too high. It is going good now. Oh also a lot of work for roads Im not not gonna lie.

My suggestion for you: Don't focus on designing a city from scratch, make a small village first, then add some boulevards and build squares and central areas. If it develops healthily like this.
