"This version has been hacked" on Amazon Fire tablet

My brother got TheoTown on the Amazon Appstore on his tablet, everything was working fine until about 3 days ago it showed up with the message "This version has been hacked" and was asking for you to download the correct version from the Playstore???
We tried deleting all the files, uninstalling, nothing works. Also I have it on my phone (got it on Playstore) and it works fine, but for him its not working.
Please help!!

Just try again to upload the App from the AppStore. Perhaps, your game file was hacked or broken.

No he always used the normal version from the appstore thanks though
