I decided to take a break from plugins and create my own city. Now I am aiming at its creation very seriously. This is a city beyond the MKAD and it will also have its own metro line. It is located on the Moskovskaya Dvina River. The main feature of the city will be the Small Theodor(Fyodor)backwater:

Novobalkovo became part of the Moscow Central Diameter MCD and the New Orekhovo-Zuyevskaya metro Line!
During this time, the city has developed and now all transport has started working in it. Now the southern district has been completely rebuilt:

A new residential area "Sudovo" has also been built by the same construction company as the "Green Garden":
