Ads not working on iPhone (can’t download plugins)

Hello,
I’m playing TheoTown on iPhone, and I can’t watch ads to download plugins. The ad button is either unavailable or nothing happens when I press it. I have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi and mobile), and app permissions are all enabled. I’ve also tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the game, but it didn’t help.
Could you please help or let me know if it’s a known issue?

Hello Arsen.
According to your problem, I think the ad was malfunctioned. But it might be better in a few days later IMO.
Plus, you should post in Problems and Issues category because this is plugin showcase and your post is not related to topic.
