Glitched building?

This T commercial building showed up as red on my density view mode. I checked it out, and it said it had 244 WORKERS. So I tried to find it in the manual build menu, but there it said it only had 6 workers. When I tried to use eyedropper, I couldn't place it down. Idk if this building has appeared for other players or if it has to do with some of my plugins, but it's really interesting
