WIP :space
General notes:
1. Adjustable parameters are marked with an asterisk;
2. Current limitations of 'Providing aspects' may be cancelled; instead, the figures will be infinite and may be measured in avg by time. An alternative will replace this, called 'productivity'.
3. 'Efficiency' ≠ 'Influence'. 'Influence' means 'maximum coverage' and is fixed (the present one), while 'efficiency' means 'positve effect flutuating by time, depending on multiple factors such as quantity, productivity, 'influence', etc;
4. All of the figures will be categorized into levels: national/local (depending on player's position), day/week/month/year and total/avg/within [time].
