Hi, i want to say about education services in theotown there only two education low and high education. But how about graduation.So i suggest you to building university to make graduation student dream can come true . and also graduation student can incrase profit income by 5%

Agreed. But university should have a huge coverage because 1 or 2 campuses is enough to build in a city. And because of it costs higher than the High School, the stated ammount is suitable to maintain it.
