The estate covers 19 hectares and consists of 12 complexes with a total of 88 16-storey residential high-rise towers. There are 10,431 flats in real life ranging from 351 to 1,110 square feet in the 88 residential towers. The estimated population of the estate is over 40,000. Apart from the majority Cantonese population, Whampoa and its surrounding area also has a significant Japanese immigrants and expatriate population. I have drawn three variants (not actually three I just change Theo families' clothes color XD). Try to achieve 88 buildings . You will have 10,000 Theo families population. Treat them well!

There was a height restriction on the buildings due to its proximity to the Kai Tak Airport at the time. Even though Kai Tak Airport is replaced by CLK Airport for many years already, the building height restriction still remains the same. building anything on the roof is prohibited.

right, these high density buildings are so common in Hong Hong. They are almost identical in real life as well. And the existed 2x2 dense TT residential is made by Kevin who is another big Theo fan Hongkonger

Good job overall. But I agree, it needs something on the roof.
Maybe make some ac-units, some ventilation shafts, some power cables or antennas etc. You could also do some divisions on the roof that separate the different sections of the building like the ones visible on one of the google maps images.

I don't think objects are necessary. Maybe adding some textures (like the roof divisions) is enough. The building it is based on is close to the old HK airport, so I'd understand if the rooftop has nothing on it.

Yes you are right, this building is heavily influenced by kevin's 2x2 residential building, you can tell (and the topic and posting style are also similar as Kevin if you noticed) My vision is hoping theo players can finally fall in love with different Hong Kong style building. I believe Kevin has the same
The building and upcoming buildings are possibly about the same style as Kevin as well cuz we two are from Hong Kong (if you haven't notice yet) Plus I am a hardcore fans of Hong Kong middle class buildings (real life building)
