Let us clarify things:
1. There is no global nuclear winter. No nation launched a nuclear warhead except for Samaria, all of them where intercepted.
2. The cooling is temporary due to the fact thar Samarian nuclear facilities were bombed and so it is possible that it had caused the cooling but it will be temporary. We are now at works on controlling the situation.
3. There will not be a global war. I think we have hyped this conflict too much. It is one country vs the world and it is over. So all military operations by all allied nations are stopped.
4.Cure for the NDGO virus is almost complete. We never announced this and a group of nations have been worjing secretly on it. It will be mass produced within this month.

I think you forgot about Renev war wich also resulted in nukes...
