It's to find the post again with an answer if I find one.

It might be possible with either the road or road decoration, to remove the road decoration, if a (or more) car(s) is there, but not a certain car to my knowledge as of now.

It’s a pity that I won’t be able to recreate in fun the mechanics of garbage on the road, which is removed when a garbage truck passes, then I’ll have to write code in Lua, thanks for the answer

Is this a car you have developed? The garbage is not actually implemented as a road decoratipn.

I make road decorations that are removed when a certain car arrives, like protesters that are removed when the police arrive, or road debris that is removed when a garbage truck arrives.

Hello, to make a plugin on pc, you can use paint.net to draw the graphics. Most creators I know which do use pc uses that. For the json, you have the option of using pca website or using VSC to make your own.
You can navigate this to find all sorts of tutorials: viewtopic.php?f=41&t=2965
This tutorial is useful for details: viewtopic.php?f=41&t=13798
The json depends on what youre specifically making but here you can refer to vanilla jsons viewtopic.php?f=108&t=5661

Well then, find plugins that you like, download them, unzip them and copy them to the Theotown/plugins folder.

If you are making your own, Pixly and Novix are the two most used pixel apps here.
Quickedit is a great editor for writing the .json files.
