Remove these lines completely marked through.
Price should be a bit higher.
Category should be removed as it is not provided elsewhere in the file.
Zone is not applicable to sport type.
There should be a monthly price.
Build time 1 is not much fun, make it 10.
Power and water should be negative, please do not make power -50000.

You should remove the extra empty space at the top of the ".png" image.
