ChinaTown in Petrovolgrad I would like to put the lantern deco over a road, so the wires should look tied to buildings walls.

There are one road on each side and a terrain line on the middle ( with a bit of imagination, lets say that is a 'fake' road with sidewalks)

I put terrain as a road in order to place the deco, I was checking your redbox road code and that's more difficult than understanding my wife
