Fixed:
Did you know? Use .plugin to download a plugin. If its a zip file, Open TheoTown, then leave your city. Open your file Manager, long press the zip file, then click cut. After that, click Android, go to data. if you find a folder named, info.flowersoft.theotown.theotown, click it. Click files, go to the plugin folder. Click paste (usually on the top or on the bottom) Click the zip file, compress it, and your done! Then restart, click theotown, and the plugin should be there! Its working!
