No when I said Noooo! My homeland! Is because I couldn't go wrong because I'm from there. I had not understood the question well and I had instead understood Which city is the second most important in the conurbation of Venice. My fault. (if you want to indicate better that area is called Veneto.)

The flag of Nepal.
It is sort of shaped like two triangles joined , one atop the other.
The flag of the Vatican city state is supposed to be square , not rectangular. I don't know of any other modern state flag that is square instead of rectangular?
If you buy a Vatican City State flag from any flag shop though , it is rectangular. Grrr.
