Rumors about conspiracy theory say that old government had a secret agency called "CCK".
They are rumored for there incredible hacking skills hacking into other goverments and collecting highly classified data.
Few people spotted their men.
One camera was quick enough to take a picture of "CCK" team and upload it to internet. It was quickly taken down in minutes and the person who took the picture has dissappeared. However, lots of people have a copy of this picture.
If you have a copy of this picture, DELETE IT!

I don't know still these are just rumors they might be real or not
But still some cases have happened to make people believe that they exist

They're rumored to be a hacking group working for the NPK but since the NPK collapsed
