Это Метро I know that Это Means something like "this is"
And I know Метро is metro in Russian
But where is the "a" in Russian or do you not add it :?

Dutch really looks like English, for example,

Banana = banaan
Hello = hallo
This is = dit is
Tree = boom
Potato = aardappel
Chicken = kip
Helicopter = helicopter

She - zij
He - hij
You (Polite) - u

In fact, phrase "this is a metro" translates like "это есть метро", but in speech nobody never says "есть" (is)
So can people understand me when I say "это метро"?

So if "это метро" translates into "this metro" but
Why would "это не мой дом" translate into "this is not my house"
And suddenly a "is" appears ?
Sorry for asking all these questions I really want to learn Russian

No english is, it used to be in Ireland until the British ruled us, once e got independence English became the first launguage since the British obviously speak it. The reason I know some of it is because it is still taught in schools

Is it when you say "Is that a car?"

In speech - never. Absolutely never.
Word-by-word phrase "is that a car?" translates like "есть ли это машина?", but nobody never uses this form.
In fact, this phase translates the same, as narrative form, but with question mark: "Это машина?" (in speech it's indicated by special interrogative intonation), but also common form is "Машина ли это?" with question particle "ли" (li). You can reach more about this particle here.
And yes, in Russian in some cases word order doesn't matter.
So it seems like you can swap the words in Russian like

Form 1 Form 2
Это This is Is this ← Это?

Ты you are Are you ← Ты?

But if you want to use the second form you have to add a ?
