And also our technology saved you from a huge meteorite, without technology, would be impossible.
We spend a lot on research to make a better world, and we know perfectly the problems of technology, dont worry.

Actually, it's better to develop technologies in chronological order, like we invented electric vehicles in 21st century, and then evolved vehicles in 22nd century

Yes but we are from a other galaxy, our civilisation evolved faster than your and electric cars are already a common thing in our empire. We were more evolved than you when we discovered your planet for the first time

Also, STQAE and 3 other galactic nations have made long time ago a technologic Pact, but it is a concept that you couldnt understand now...

Of course everyone couldn't understand...

But let me explain, your countries ( maybe not all countries ) , when you make new technology, you keep them for yourself, us, we share them with other powers, in return, they share there technologies with us and give money.
