Just example.
We have 10 towns 1000 inhabitants and one town 10k inhabitants. 10 towns in total are not equal than 1 big town. There are no rich inhabitants, high schools, good roads and other things in small towns, but in big town they are.
Next we have 10 cities 50k inhabitants and megapolis 500k inhabitants. 10 cities in total are almost equal than megapolis. So why megapolis must gain 3 times less money than cities?

It's still imposible to play big cities.
Lobby, i sent you 200k inhabitants city. Tty to make it gain profit. Because i can do only if i remove all schools and hospitals.
