I already know this, but why are you bringing this up? Anyway I'm not a plugin creator so i can't make the buildings you suggested but i recommend looking up for some tutorials to get started becoming a plugin creator (if you want to make these building really badly)

If you want is okay, there are also many plugin tutorials on YouTube, Google and including Theotown forum and I also once wanted to be a plugin creator LOL 
finally getting cancelled this.
