The whole north part of this city is full of underground oil
And the counsil had plans for tourist attraction in this part of AE pfff... oil makes more money
We don't care about pollution
URGENT :
We have too much oil and what we can't stock is either dumped in the water or burned so we urgently need someone to trade oil with in order to not waste so much money

Immediatly the counsil has decided to sucure a restricted area around 3 nuclear plants
And also the AEPCO¹ HQ has been built
