For Kalinge Vidyapeeth, I used Seobina University modular.
For the tall towers, I used a commercial pack which I don't remember.
The purple, blue, green and yellow blocky towers are Hiyaa Flats of Malé.

Update on Leisergavoust. Introducing Nobreau District, it uses a block layout of usually 8*8 and sometimes like 7*7
