It didn't fit to be TT or TTT because of its design.

That doesn't fit T at all, look how clean and modern it is...

But its color brown, the stairs look classy and there are stalls.

That's why I said it fit in T level. TT or TTT buildings are always colorful and sometimes had big windows in real life

Probably TT will fit for that building

Maybe T or TT are suit but I think need some refurbishments on it Like Brighter Colour

I honestly don't know why that building is TTT, it should be T. It's kinda grungy and old looking, perfect for T.
Note: Lobby, Theo, I did not mean that was a bad building. It's really a great building.

Lobby should add A new type of inhabitants, which is TTTT (Wealthy Inhabitants)

About the TTTT inhabitants, i will put a list of what they like and dont like and Some thing they need and Details about them

Hates Pollution Sooooo much
They dont care about taxes, since they had MONAYYY
Need ALOT of Stuff so they can stay in their houses
Very rare kind of inhabitants
Their houses needs something which is made of GOLD
Little Chance To move in

I may add more or Delete some if its incompatible with their real life counterparts

If there was another reality where they add TTTT, i would go there
