Probably the best game in the mobile market.
Considering how many mobile games, especially of the city-building genre, has in-game purchases for just normal gameplay, TheoTown is definitely the best.
The amount of freedom that allows you to get creative in building cities should alone justify why this game's the best city-building game (on mobile).

I used that. Couldn't figure out where to put plugins... Also, I dunno how I can transfer all my plugins from Android (including manually downloaded ones) too.
