How did my suggestion turn into this mess about the way TheoTown looked ???

But I'm not looking for ALL of them just a few and besides you don't need a lot of buildings or just make it a dlc (Downloadable Content)

But I am talking about the in app purchases in the game not server purchases you can buy through google play

The way it is now has negligible impact on the file size of the game
