Air raid / napalm bomb / ground collapse / chemical accident / atomic accident ( no explosion, just radiations ) / oil tanker explode / Bank robbery / gang fight / prison break / fire tornado

I think the only new catastrophe I want for Theotown is a tsunami caused when an underwater earthquake or meteor impact happens.
