There's "limbo pc emulator" for android.
But it can't even run windows xp with a good framerate.
I managed to run windows 95 on it though.

But I'm not sure how you can put games (like SC2k) on it.

Not that, it's for Windows.
Use a MS-DOS emulator like Magic Dosbox, then run SC2k

I managed to run the install.exe, but when it finishes the download it tells me that the place it's copying everything doesn't exist.
