Anyone haves ideas for the roads? I want to make it a plugin, but as I can't add the noise and pollution when there is traffic...
Any ideas on what to make it about?

You can make RCI buildings around very traffic heavy areas abandoned thus introducing fun action "abandon"

In a fun condition on the road, use road usage to build a building of some kind that produces pollution when road usage is 80% or above. And remove it if road usage is 20% or less.
