Will there ever be mixed use?

Now looking back at this...mixed use is possible. In every city it's used to serve both commercial and residential demand. It would be more realistic anyways. Also..where the heck is medium density? And dont say it's impossible since simcity done it way before this game was a thing. They could just take ingame buildings that are not 7or 8 stories tall. Hell just make it 2-5 story buildings. It's possible.
