Sir, there are OVER 5,000 active nuclear warheads around the globe IRL. If a nuclear war breaks out, there will be 1 less habitable planet in the galaxy... Those 2 combined don't even have half of it.

A menace for your countries... I am not a menace but I find a lot of spies in my lands so I was thinking that...
Orbital Warheads... You know, they are dangerous, yes but you know what?
I have some orbitals lasers and Warheads... orbiting around my planets to protect me from possible agressor...
But maybe we could add news laws about that? Allowing thoses only if they are not nuclear
