A unit is 64 tiles, so it's 10 * 64 = 640.

Is there any good seeds?, Mostly land but almost mostly water, my ram is 1gb, one seed worked

Try 505050 or 606060. They have 2/3 land on size 11.

No i cant handle 11 size, my game already crashed when i made a 10 size region with Burrito valley's seed
