It's Russian site, but it's easy to find a download button
It's absolutely legal, since that game was free

it most likely does not work with modern android devices since the game came out during 2010 wean android 2.2 was around but there is a patch I found on 4pda (Russian android forum) that works with android 4.0 and up.

Edit: for some reason its very hard to make money (maybe just me) even wean I set the taxes to a number that's adequate but enough to not drive my sims out of town I still make no money. Another thing is if you keep seeing "not enough water" in the news ticker wean you have tons of water its a bug that EA never fixed. One last thing is the land value I have over 10 to 20 parks in the same area and the land value is still average even wean I have fire police and low pollution only one or two of my buildings is high land value.

Looks cool! I remember playing Simcity 5. It was pretty cool. I did a multiplayer game and it was funny, we built some SUPER RANDOM CITIES!
