How about a replica of Age of Empires 2 castle buildings? If you made a building replica from any game it does not count as copyright since you made it yourself and you merely trying to make the building as similarly as the one in the games.

Thats not an idea but plugin creators should make their plugins with saving plugin space if that's possible to make. (I am talking about skyscrapers and apartments)

It is very possible indeed, people are too lazy to make their plugins work good and just care about the "realistic" look.

An idea - fountains. There's only 2 proper fountains in Theotown, one is free and one is premium. What's up with that? Shouldn't highly detailed cities have fountains?

Like,you mean 2x2 & 3x3 fountains or 1x1 ?? ...In that case yusuf converted some in game fountain textures to props,in his Props:Pools plugin...
