only vowel can stressed if stressed a (a) , k (i) , x (o) , ∆ (ven) , n (ner) , π ,(pic)
exception : a vowel can not be stressed if it is connected to another vowel
how to find the stressed vowel
1. if there's only one vowel that is stressed
2. if there's more then two vowels the first will be stressed

This is the pronunciation (ignore the one with the capitalized letters for now)

Can a German check if it means ''Smaller northern parts (of Germany)'' in English.
