Notice that there are white belts and red belts? No, it's not like Taekwondo or any other martial arts you know that have coloured belts...
White belt - Finished all of levels, and received the Prime level certificate
Red belt - Received the Secondary level certificate, and mostly became the trainer
And there's
Yellow/Gold belt - High level certificate. In order to get this, a person will be blindfolded and will use all skills he learned. This level is rarely reached by anyone, but the heir (Father who is the founder, to son) has it
