I dont see the depot in tt

It will spawn as an industry, you can build it by searching the industrial buildings tab for this:

Nvm i already saw it in the game before you potsed it.

I would suggest making the building look more like a real taxi depot. For example: decreasing the height of the building and making the "TAXI" sign smaller.
