Yes, although it may take me a little more time. (If it does not bother you, when I finish making the flag, I can send you a private message so you can see what it looks like and if you like it?).

Oh wow, thanks for adding the New Aldorria and Adelaide flag. I'll be sure to place these in all of the embassies we have.

Here's the President's office in Adelaide.
In display are the flags of some of the most important Adelaidan allies;
Lancaster
Telang
Teix
Surea
Svostine
Atlantea
New Aldorria wasn't included because I changed it into a state rather than a sister republic.

They look great!
I have not used this plugin in any of my cities
...Maybe the flags would look better if I make them a little smaller. What do you think about this?

Yeah, they're not connected because they're road decals, I use them to place down those limousines and stuff for whenever I post about a special event.
...They look good as is, but it's up to you if you want to change them.

You can use matison's invisible roads at the ends or the accident road to make roads blend into read decals nicely.
