It's my test city.

That game clock cannot be very accurate (or it only shows the time spend on one city in the current version of the game), because for my Itoikee City (which I showcased here: http://www.theotown.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=3384 ) it only shows a playtime of 22m27s.
You may be able to imagine, that I spend a little more time there than that...

This indicator is new, play time wasn't tracked the versions before. It should be correct for each city since the feature has been added.

Well a golf course has different areas that differ by the way they are maintained.
The fairway is the major playing area. Here the grass is mown regularly and playing is easy (this is what I intended my green grass tiles to be). Then you have the rough, where the grass is mown maybe once a year and playing is hard. It is sort of the limit of the actual playing area (I intended the regular ground of the game to be the rough). Then you have the greens where the hole is located and the grass is even shorter than on the fairways. And also you have sand bunkers and water traps, of course.
Look at the example picture I provided in the plugin thread. The darker green areas are the fairway

Cool, I'm looking forward to your results! Its always nice to see what people build with your plugins.
But I hope, I didn't pressure you here. There is no right or wrong way of building your city. Everybody may construct what they like
