I can't be sure of this since, I've hastily placed some buildings here and there so that vehicles would show up.

Unfortunately, no. Even though it would be easy to do.

This is just a pair of offramps. The main passageway twist around each other to make room. It's all left side driving.

And after reading your tutorial on double-deck highways, I still don't get how to get hanging corner roads ;w;
It'd make my interchanges more compact.
