This car was produced from 1945 to 1958 in the USSR for the highest authorities in limited quantities. In terms of horsepower, however, not very much, only 140 hp and speeds up to 120 km/h, but this can be justified by the fact that the world was still recovering from the Second World War, and the USSR suffered heavy losses in the amount of 27 million people, and about 20 million were civilians. I mostly like the look. There are also many modifications.
