I think it is because this is currently the 1x1 building with the highest capacity. We would probably need two or three variants of that building or other 1x1 buildings with a comparable amount of workers/inhabitants to get more variety.

The new max build height is 64, I assume you're still beyond that

Does this cause some changes for my plugins which were set to build height 32?

@mdk_813 Probably the only change is that they will be drawn properly now when they scroll out at the bottom of the screen. Feel free to set your build height to a higher value if appropriate.
