My old avatar run through a process. Scale to 16 pixels one way, then back to 160. Same the other way. All scalings are done with preserve aspect ratio off. Then rotate 45°. In Novix.

European cities confuse me. Like, the skyscrapers aren't in downtown, but in other places. Also, the road and city layouts are confusing.

Skyscrapers not in Downtown, to reduce the traffic congestion, as well as the density

It's easy.... Most European town centres are centuries old buildings. You can't really build anything giant close to them cuz' they're protected and reserved.

So they just build new CBD completely. And plan the layout and infrastructure from scratch!

Americans cities are relatively new. So they're easier to upgrade.
Plus, most are built in grids, which is super easy to maintain the Infrastructure and retrofit
