A Zero Waste City?

Hi,

This is my first forum post, so hurrah. But, I am not here to brag about this being my first forum post, I am here to test out a experiment of sorts. Is it possible to create a zero waste city? Only run on solar panels, river energy, wind mills, and non-polluting items. The only industry is farmland. So, I am here to test out a experiment. Can we? Obviously we would need to wait a bit til' fully zero waste, but, I believe we can eventually do it.

Any suggestions on how to help me do this?
