CAN'T UPLOAD UPDATE PLUGIN

Someone Know Pls Help 
What do you mean you "can't"?
Does it give you an error or is it not out in the store yet?
If it's the latter it could just be that the plugin is not yet approved (every plugin has to be approved by mods). Just checked but, it wasn't in the approval queue (either approved or wasn't uploaded).
