it is not possible to make a building that has commercial and residential in it (unfortunately )

I suggest you json in app store and pixly. You can used to pixly after using it for a bit. Don't give up at the start.
There are tutorials and sources for json codes don't scare from them if you are not gonna make a complex plugin
