Once again this is something I see for the first time since I'm playing the game (a few months now). There are appearing some "bumps" (excuse me if this is not the right word, as English isn't my main language) on some roads which is making traffic slower. I remove those roads and build new ones in the same place but a few months later, the bumps re appear... So...

I don't know if this is a bug or anything but it certainly is a little frustrating. If bumps are to appear due to traffic, ok, but they shouldn't reappear so quickly in the same place.

Any insights?

It's garbage. You can clear it by building incinerators, landfills, and (for diamonds) the recycling center. They will send out garbage trucks to pick up the garbage. You can then also send the trucks to a certain area. There tends to be a lot of garbage near abandoned buildings. You can remove them to prevent more accumulations.

I have a landfill... And it's all but full.

I just realized it is actually garbage. I would have never guessed!

I have to send the garbage trucks because the landfill doesn't cover that area.

its better to use waste incinerators because they dont have to be emptied and they have a filter upgrade to make them pollute less, and you might want to biuld one near the road
