- Fixed visibility of overlay in two mode tools didn't display areas correctly

Gameplay:
- Added simple river generation
- Fixed airports being editable in online mode
- Fixed crash when pasting empty clipboard
- Temporarily remove neighborhood commercial in online mode

- Added multiplayer attribute for manifest files

Starting with this changelog, I'll no longer specify what branch (public/alpha/beta) the update is for simplicity reasons.
Version 1.8.34
Gameplay:
- Added sound setting for plugin sounds
- Fixed crash on creating map screenshot
- Fixed rivers were not solely dependent on seed as random source
- Make rain sound volume dependent on the amount of rain
Plugins:
- Added Drawing.getImageSize
- Added basic control over Lua sounds
- Added exception if no animation frames were found for cars
