Started a new size 18 city, medium difficulty, played for a bit then realized I that there were no cars anywhere in sight. I even set the setting to x64 traffic, still nothing. Any fixes?

Yes, it's enabled. I can see cars in my other, smaller city, but not in this one.
I checked traffic and it's all green:

Reinstalled game, still no cars. Plugins dont spawn cars either.

How do I get the latest beta? In the changelog topic by JustAnyone, there's 83x updates which include river generation among some other stuff.

I registered for beta testing on Play Store and I'm still on 827

Those are alpha updates available to few people to test for critical bugs.

No fixes? I downloaded latest 840 version, same bug..

Here's the region with the city.

The map is too big.

What you have there is a size 18 map. Not surprising there are no cars. Not enough memory to start them.

well let just imagine it car free city
