It is possible to build the Dyson sphere. I found out how to get helium 3. You mine on the moon to get helium 3, build the space port on the moon and send it back to earth. You also need this thing called poccolonum. That you have to mine on the moon and asteroid. Then you build the upgrade on the spaceport and I think something will happen. I myself only know this because of a glitch that allowed me to build everything on earth. But I have not gotten the Dyson sphere because I cannot mind the resources needed
